Making a donation to Compassion in memory of a loved one is a very special way to honour their life and love of farmed animals. You can make sure their kindness lives on by supporting a cause they cared about. We are always extremely humbled and grateful to receive this type of gift; every donation, no matter the size, will help us in our fight to end the cruelty of factory farming.

You can also celebrate the life of a loved one and raise funds for farmed animals by collecting donations online. JustGiving and Much Loved are websites that allow you to create a fundraising tribute page, where friends and family can give easily and securely wherever they are in the world. If you would like to make sure your donations go to Compassion, remember to select us as your charity of choice when you set up your donation page.
Funeral and memorial collections
Another way to support Compassion is by collecting donations at a funeral, memorial or Celebration of Life event. Some people decide they would prefer to ask for donations instead of receiving flowers.
To say thank you for donating, we also have Compassion in World Farming lapel pin badges available that you may like to order for guests to wear at the funeral or event, as a gesture on behalf of farmed animals worldwide.
Any questions? If you would like us to contact you to discuss your donation, call us on +44 (0)1483 521 953 (lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm).
To order collection envelopes or pin badges, please please fill in the form below.

Turning memories into support for farmed animals
Lifelong Compassion supporters, John and Betty Edwards, shared a love of animals and outdoor life. Their daughter, Rebecca, remembers the day her father came home from his work on a farm with a tiny piglet who the family adopted and raised. That was the start of many animals joining their family and Rebecca has fond memories of a happy home, full of rescued wildlife and fostered farm animals.
Betty abhorred any sort of animal cruelty and spent much of her spare time raising money for charities she felt really helped animals. Over the years, she raised valuable funds for Compassion from car boot sales and high street collections.
When John passed away, Betty asked friends and family to donate to Compassion instead of sending flowers. And when Betty sadly died in 2015, her family kindly decided to commemorate her life in the same way.
We are so grateful that, through these poignant gifts, Betty and John’s family turned their memories into support for animals.
