Director of Food Business

Salary circa £50,000 per annum

Compassion in World Farming is the leading specialist in farm animal welfare. We have a highly successful record in achieving change in the UK, the European Union and internationally.

We engage with some of the biggest companies and food brands in Europe. We are looking for the right person to head up our work with the food industry, producers and consumers in order to gain further ground-breaking achievements for farm animal welfare.

If you are a dynamic influencer with strategic vision, accustomed to operating within a commercial environment and determined to place animal welfare at the heart of the food industry, then we want to hear from you.

You will be a senior-level strategic thinker with corporate experience, preferably within the food industry. You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to develop and lead our Department of Food Business. The post will be based at our international headquarters in Godalming, Surrey.
